Aam ka panna

Aam ka panna  

1 large unripe mango

1 teaspoon cumin powder

4-5 black peppercorns, crushed

Black salt to taste

A small pinch of asafoetida

1/2 cup sugar

Wash and boil the mango. Set aside to cool. Peel, mash and strain the pulp.

Add the cumin powder, crushed peppercorns, black salt, asafoetida and sugar. Mix well till the sugar is dissolved.

Divide the mixture into four tall glasses; fill them up with chilled water.

 

Stir well and serve.
