BAKED PANEER PUDDING

BAKED PANEER PUDDING

Ingredients:

150 gms paneer

150 gms cream

150 gms sugar

1 litre milk

2 tsps custard powder

1 cup cashewnuts and almonds

Method:

Mix milk and custard powder. Boil milk and add the custard paste and cook till it reduces to half the quantity. Mix sugar and stir well.

Cut paneer into small pieces and arrange in a greased baking tray. Pour a layer of cream over it. (you could also use rabri instead of cream)

Finally pour milk over cream and garnish with nuts and grated paneer. Bake for 1/2 an hour at 150°C. Serve chilled with cream and nuts.
