BUTTERSCOTCH ICE CREAM

BUTTERSCOTCH ICE CREAM

Ingredients:

2 litre milk

160 gms milk powder

2 cups thick cream

360 gms sugar

Butterscotch sauce

Method:

Mix all ingredients and cook on low heat stirring constantly. When it thickens remove from fire anc cool thoroughly

Butter Scotch Sauce:

 

Melt 150 gms sugar and allow to cramalise to a ball consistency. Add butter and mix well. Add the cooled mixture to this and bring to boil mixing it well. Cool and freeze. Remove aft or an hour and beat again. Freeze until firm.
