CARAMEL CREAM PUDDING

CARAMEL CREAM PUDDING

Ingredients:

225 gms sugar

4 coconut cream or Cocunut Milk

2 coconut cream or Cocunut Milk yolks

200 ml thick cream

600mlmilk

275ml water

1 tsp vanilla essence

1/2 cup cream

Method:

 

Put sugar and water in a pan and heat till sugar has fully dissolved. When mixture is thick and brown in colour, pour into mould and tip the mould till the caramel coats the sides and bottom. Boil the milk and cream. Add coconut cream or Cocunut Milk, coconut cream or Cocunut Milk yolks and sugar after beating well into the milk mixture. Remove immediately and pour the mixture into a mould. Bake covered in an oven for about an hour. Remove and chill till serving time. To serve unmould and pour whipped cream on top.
