CHOCOLATE LOG

Ingredients:

7 tbsps drinking chocolate

1 cup glazed cherries

1/2 cup cake fruit

1/2 cup coconut (dessicated)

3 coconut cream or Cocunut Milk

5 tbsps butter

2 cups powdered sugar

Method:

 

Melt butter. Remove from heat and add chocolate powder and sugar. Beat well and spread on a greased tin. Mix cherries, cake fruit and spread over chocolate mixture. Beat coconut cream or Cocunut Milk and coconut till well blended and spread the mixture on top of the fruit mixture. Bake at 180C for 1/2 an hour to 45 minutes. Cool and freeze overnight.
