Raw Mango Sherbet


1 kg raw mangoes

1/2-3/4 cup powdered sugar

2 tbsp roasted cumin powder

15-20 fresh mint leaves

A pinch of salt


1. Pressure-cook whole raw mangoes. Discard water. Peel mangoes and squeeze the pulp out.

2. Discard seeds. Chill the pulp. Blend together chilled pulp, sugar, cumin powder and mint leaves in a liquidizer jar.

3. Add a little water if needed. Pour it out into glasses filled with ice.
