(a) 1. Garlic, 5 cloves
Tulsi 5 leaves
Honey 4 tsp
Make a paste of above ingredients and eat it once in the morning without taking anything.
(b) Eat two bananas daily to balance excess sodium in the body. Banana contains enough potassium to cut all effects of sodium (we use as common salt).
