CORN FLOUR SOUP RECIPES

Ingredients (Serves 4)

2 cups canned corn, cream style

1 litre water

250 gm shredded vegetables like carrots, French beans, cabbage and mushrooms

1 tbsp cornflour blended with

1/4 cup water

2 tbsp green onions, chopped

1/2 tsp ajino motto

Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

 

Heat water, add ajino motto and salt, bring to a boil, add vegetables and boil for 2 minutes. Mix in the corn. Then add the cornflour mixture and cook till thick. Decorate with green onions.
