CREAMY CORN COCONUT SOUP

CREAMY CORN COCONUT SOUP

1 can (225 grams) cream style corn

1 coconut

3 teaspoons cornflour  a pinch Ajinomoto powder salt to taste

For serving

Green chillies in vinegar

A delightful combination of corn and coconut.

Preparation time : 10 minutes.

Cooking time : 10 minutes.

Serves 6.

Grate the coconut. Add 2 teacups of water and blend in a liquidiser. Strain and take out coconut milk.

Mix the corn flour with 1 teacup of water.

Add the cream style corn and coconut milk and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the Ajinomoto powder and salt and cook for 5 minutes.

Serve hot with green chillies in vinegar.
