Yogurt with Five Ingredients

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup finely-chopped cucumber

1/4 cup tomatoes

1/4  cup onion

1/4 cup carrots

1/4 cup ground peanuts

1 ½ 2 cups thick yogurt

1 fresh green chilli, chopped

1 tbsp mint, finely-chopped

1 tbsp coriander leaves, finely-chopped

1/2 tsp roasted and powdered cumin seeds

Salt to taste

Sugar to taste

METHOD

1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and mix well.

2. Chill until ready to serve.

 

Makes 3 cups
